Job Summary
Regional Director Southeast with Boswell — lead strategic expansion in North Carolina, establishing the first NC office and overseeing regional growth, client engagement, and operational capabilities. Drive business development across Transportation, Power & Energy (T&D focus), Environmental, and related infrastructure markets; build executive relationships with utilities, state/local agencies, municipalities, and private developers; identify opportunities in T&D, substations, data centers, transportation, water, and environmental services; support talent acquisition, proposal strategy, teaming, and contract negotiations; represent Boswell at industry events and client meetings in the Southeast (NC Raleigh-Durham and Charlotte). Requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering with strong regional leadership and 15+ years of experience; PE license preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in engineering/infrastructure/utility industry
- Strong business development mindset and regional leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead regional growth, client engagement, and operations
