Job Summary
Regional Director of Enterprise Sales leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives across high-value enterprise accounts in Mountain View, CA or Chicago, IL with a hybrid in-office schedule. Drive regional enterprise sales strategy, account prioritization, and pipeline management using AI-enabled insights to accelerate revenue growth. Lead recruitment, coaching, and development to achieve aggressive targets, partner with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product, and align with technology partners to expand market reach. Emphasize executive-level negotiations, solution mapping, and disciplined sales processes to deliver predictable forecasts and long, multi-threaded sales cycles. Requires experience selling into Fortune 1000 or large enterprise accounts, strong business acumen, and the ability to leverage AI, automation, and predictive analytics to optimize performance. Salary range estimated at $300k-$400k; in-office hybrid three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience in SaaS
- managing high-performing teams selling into Fortune 1000 or large enterprise accounts
- proven track record of exceeding revenue targets within long, complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- experience leveraging AI, automation, and predictive analytics to optimize sales performance
- excellent leadership, coaching, and people-development skills
- ability to operate autonomously and collaboratively across functions
- 3 days in-office hybrid work arrangement
