Job Summary
Regional Director, Sales & Recruitment-2 drives agent recruitment by building a robust pipeline through outreach, partnerships, and campaigns. Leads recruitment campaigns, career events, and digital initiatives; manages end-to-end candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure a high-quality experience. Advises new agents and field sales managers on growth opportunities and becomes expert in company operations and systems to support onboarding. Requires a Bachelor’s in Business and 3+ years in insurance marketing/sales or training; proficiency with common software and strong communication, confidentiality, and judgment. Located remotely in California, with oversight of nationwide agent recruitment and sales support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in insurance marketing and sales and/or training
- Experience recruiting agents, brokers, or sales professionals (insurance or financial services preferred)
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets, internet, Adobe) and navigational skills
