Regional Director, Outreach (TX, Austin)

Regional Director, Outreach accountable for leading go-to-market efforts and regional admissions in TX, including managing Outreach Directors and Managers, building relationships with referral sources and clinical partners, and driving KPI-driven performance. Responsibilities include developing GTM strategy for new markets, leading meetings with patients/parents/providers to uncover needs and remove barriers, deepening partnerships across channels, planning and delivering educational/marketing events, synthesizing market feedback to inform strategy, and collaborating with marketing, product, and client success teams to achieve GTM goals. Must be based in Austin, TX, with 6-10+ years in business development (2-3+ years in sales leadership), strong healthcare exposure preferred, and proficiency with Office tools and CRM (Salesforce preferred). Must be US-based with English proficiency, capable of traveling locally, and have strong relationship-building and presentation skills.
