Job Summary
Regional Director, Outreach in South Jersey leads go-to-market efforts and regional leadership for Outreach Directors/Managers. Responsibilities include managing admissions goals and regional performance, developing and operationalizing GTM strategies for new markets, building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, leading meetings with patients/parents/providers, coordinating with internal partners (marketing, product, client success, legal) to achieve GTM goals, and traveling locally to meet with referral partners. Requires 6-10+ years in business development with 2-3+ years in sales leadership, experience managing a BD team, strong KPIs/metrics focus, proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM (Salesforce preferred), travel ability within ~1 hour, and US work authorization; healthcare experience is a plus. Based in South Jersey, NJ, this full-time exempt role involves leadership over a region and extensive stakeholder engagement across healthcare partners, patients, and families.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in South Jersey, NJ
- 6-10+ years of business development experience, including 2-3+ years of sales leadership
- Experience in healthcare is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred), scheduling, and video conferencing technologies
- Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
- Demonstrated track record of top-tier performance in the development, maintenance, and growth of customer accounts in a B2B / outreach setting
- Experience managing, coaching, and motivating a business development team
- Experience measuring, analyzing, and being accountable to well-defined sales metrics/KPIs
- Exceptional interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
- Ability to travel locally (within ~1 hour driving distance) for meetings with potential referral partners
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to drive up to 1-hour each way on a regular basis
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Expert in advising, presenting to, and persuading senior corporate personnel
