Lead the go-to-market efforts for Charlie Health in the Denver region, managing Outreach Directors and Managers, driving admissions, building relationships with referral sources and clinical partners, and coordinating with marketing, product, client success, and legal to meet region KPIs. Responsibilities include leading regional performance, developing GTM strategy, cultivating partnerships with patients/parents/providers, hosting educational and networking events, and communicating market feedback to inform strategy.
