Job Summary
Oversee multiple programs across Tukwila, Federal Way, Olympia, and Tumwater with full accountability for performance, clinical quality, and financial health. Execute strategic goals aligned with Telecare's mission to drive recovery-focused behavioral health services while ensuring safe, consistent care for individuals with serious mental illness. Build high-performing teams by coaching Program Administrators and strengthening recruitment, retention, and engagement. Partner with county and state stakeholders to represent Telecare in community and regulatory settings, managing budgets, FTE alignment, and expenses to identify efficiency opportunities. Lead a portfolio of programs in Northern Washington with regional travel required, participating in a scheduled on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Washington State Independent Mental Health License: LICSW, LMFT, LMHC
- Reside between South Seattle to Olympia
- Visiting programs 3-4 days per week
- Corporate travel 4-8 times per year
- 10+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership
- Multi-site leadership experience
- Master's degree in a related field
- Strong knowledge of labor relations and employment practices
- Proven success driving operational and financial outcomes
- Participation in a scheduled on-call rotation
