Job Summary
Oversee store operations within a large geographic region through District/Area Managers, partnering with them to ensure stores meet profitability, customer service, and operational goals. Analyze store expenses and implement strategies to control costs, generally managing an annual store volume up to $100MM USD. Promote consistent communication, application, and enforcement of policies and initiatives throughout the region. This role supports Take 5 Oil Change's 35-year legacy of neighborhood service and offers a clear growth path from Pit Tech to President, with over 90% of field leaders promoted internally.
Required Qualifications
- Oversees store operations within a large geographic region through District/Area Managers
- Partners with District/Area Managers to ensure stores meet or exceed profitability, customer service, and operational goals
- Analyzes store expenses and implements strategies to control costs
- Promotes consistent communication, application, and enforcement of policies and initiatives throughout the region
- Generally manages the equivalent of annual store volume (revenue) up to 100MM USD
