Job Summary
Lead multi-site management of four or more locations, overseeing physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists across Pennsylvania. Ensure delivery of clinical excellence in physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology services while enforcing compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining practitioner licensure. Mentor staff through professional development programs and foster interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Allocate physical, financial, and human resources effectively to meet site needs.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in an accredited Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology Program
- Current license/certification in the state of practice
- 2+ Years Experience in healthcare, long-term care setting preferred
