Job Summary
Lead the human side of hiring across AMER & EMEA as Regional Director of Talent Acquisition, shaping a global AI-enabled TA function. You’ll guide and develop international teams, transform hiring with data, systems, and AI, and partner with Recruiting Operations and HR to drive adoption of AI-powered tools while preserving ethical, fair, and high-quality hiring. You’ll redefine hiring manager partnerships, elevate interview quality and inclusivity, deliver a trusted candidate experience, and establish governance for responsible AI use. You’ll influence senior stakeholders, embed risk awareness, and build a globally consistent, high-performing hiring ecosystem that differentiates Pax8 in tech.
Required Qualifications
- Proven change management and coaching experience leading international Talent Acquisition teams (AMER & EMEA) within a global technology, SaaS, or platform-based organisation
- Extensive experience operating in mixed hiring environments – high-volume and specialized roles, forensic sourcing
- Strong technical fluency with enterprise ATS/HR systems (e.g., Workday, Rooster, Hiredscore, Brighthire) and understanding of how they shape recruiter behavior
- Demonstrated success leading teams through building and transformation, especially where AI, automation, or new systems are introduced
- Practical understanding of AI across the hiring lifecycle with a human-centered perspective on ethical use
- Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions in complex hiring challenges
- Leadership style balancing data-driven thinking with human judgment and care
- Resilience and a sense of humor
- Must hold valid right to work in United States and be able to travel globally
