Regional Director of Psychological Health

Regional Director of Psychological Health responsible for providing direct psychological health consultation, assessment, referral, case management, and health promotion services to Reserve Component Soldiers and families across multiple regions. Will serve as the administrative point of contact for PHP programs, coordinate behavioral health initiatives with RC leadership, track and report program results, maintain active caseload with compliant documentation, respond to critical incidents, and travel nationally to support units and training events. Requires licensure as LCSW or LPC/LMHC, state licensure in performance jurisdictions, and ability to obtain CAC Tier 1 investigation; duties include liaison with other behavioral health programs and CQI participation. Strong understanding of military culture, TRICARE/VA services, and regulatory requirements is essential; role includes travel, weekend availability, and working within a federal government contractor environment.
