Job Summary
Lead the USARC Psychological Health Program as Regional Director of Psychological Health (RDPH), providing direct psychological health consultation, assessment, referral, case management, and health promotion services to RC Soldiers and their families across designated regions; administer program operations, coordinate with RC leadership, facilitate regional meetings, maintain active caseload with compliant documentation, and travel nationally to support units and events; ensure licensure in applicable jurisdictions and maintain professional liability insurance; support program development and CQI initiatives while adhering to regulatory and DoD/VA-related requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW): MSW from a CSWE-accredited institution; current, valid, unrestricted LCSW in the state of performance; clinical social work experience through MSW practicum or 2 years post-MSW in a clinical/treatment setting within the last 3 years.
- OR Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) / Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC): Master’s in Counseling, CMHC, or similar from a CACREP-accredited institution; 2 years post-graduate clinical counseling experience within the last 3 years.
Additional Requirements
- U.S. citizenship or authorized work status; ability to obtain CAC (Tier 1 investigation).
- Must obtain and maintain licensure in each state where telephonic or in-person services are provided (no portability under 10 USC 1094).
- Professional liability insurance: $1,000,000 per occurrence / $3,000,000 aggregate.
- Clear LEIE, TRICARE sanction query, and FBI/state background check required.
