Job Summary
Regional Director of Psychological Health (RDPH) to support the USARC Psychological Health Program. Responsibilities include providing direct psychological health consultation, assessment, referral, case management, and health promotion services to RC Soldiers and their families; administrative contact for PHP programs within the region; coordinating with RC leadership; facilitating and reporting program results; maintaining active caseload and regulatory-compliant documentation; responding to incidents; supporting RC events; and national travel as needed. Requires licensure in applicable jurisdictions, ongoing compliance with regulatory standards, and ability to travel nationally. This role is contingent upon award.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with MSW from CSWE-accredited program and current, valid, unrestricted license in state of performance
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with Master’s in Counseling (CACREP-accredited) and 2 years post-graduate clinical experience in last 3 years
- Understanding of military culture, Military Health System, TRICARE, and VA services as they pertain to RC
- Willingness to travel nationally and obtain/maintain licensure in each state where services are delivered
- Professional liability insurance: $1,000,000 per occurrence / $3,000,000 aggregate
- Clear LEIE, TRICARE sanction query, and FBI/state background checks
- U.S. citizenship or authorized work status; ability to obtain CAC (Tier 1) investigation
