Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day clinical policies and supervise assigned RDPHs, NCMs, and AAs by providing weekly telephone supervision and quarterly face-to-face reviews. Deliver quality consultative, referral, and case management services while arranging and documenting necessary training. Discuss priority cases involving compromised readiness, substance use, violence, or abuse, and review randomly selected case records quarterly. Maintain separate documentation files for all supervision and consultation. Requires a Master's in Social Work, LCSW or LPC license, and two years of mental health consulting experience. Salary ranges from $105,000 to $118,000 annually. This role supports Goldbelt Glacier's mission to provide comprehensive health operational capabilities to military, federal, and civilian customers.
Required Qualifications
- Must have experience working in a complex organizational environment
- Must understand labor relations
- Must understand military operations
- Must understand the Military Health System
- Must understand TRICARE
- Must understand VA
- Must have at least two (2) years of quality experience consulting with management on mental health related matters
- Must have experience in clinical social work
- Must have a master's-level practicum or 2 years post-MSW experience within the last 3 years in a clinical/treatment setting
- Must graduate from an Accredited School of Social Work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
- Must hold a License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Must hold a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Must be able to travel throughout assigned regions
