Job Summary
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, provide behavioral health consultation, and manage referrals to ensure continuity of care across an assigned Army Reserve region. Coordinate with providers and commanders to support effective treatment, while delivering training on resilience and suicide prevention. Offer critical incident support for high-stress events and assist with program operations, data tracking, and quality assurance. Requires current unrestricted state licensure, extensive regional travel, and a background in the Military Health System. This role supports Goldbelt Glacier's mission to accelerate healthcare delivery and provide superior force health readiness across military, federal, and civilian landscapes.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or related field
- Current unrestricted state license
- Multi-state licensure
- Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience
- Clinical counseling experience within the last 3 years
- Government background screening
- Extensive regional and nationwide travel
