Job Summary
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, provide behavioral health consultation, and manage referrals to military, VA, or community providers to ensure continuity of care. Coordinate care among providers and commands, consult with commanders on readiness trends, and deliver training on resilience and suicide prevention. Support program operations through data tracking, quality assurance, and adherence to policy requirements while delivering critical incident support for high-stress events. This contingent contract role requires extensive regional and nationwide travel.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or related field
- Current unrestricted state license
- Multi-state licensure
- Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience
- Clinical counseling experience within the last 3 years
- Government background screening
- Extensive regional and nationwide travel
