Job Summary
Regional Director of Operations to oversee 8–10 veterinary hospitals across Utah and Idaho. Lead operational strategy, drive performance and culture in a multi-site network, and own full P&L for the region (excluding real estate). Partner with hospital leaders and clinical teams to elevate hospital performance, mentor leaders, and collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and execution. Ideal candidates have multi-site operational leadership experience in veterinary or related healthcare, a track record of supporting or launching de novo locations, strong coaching abilities, and a collaborative leadership style focused on accountability and relationship-building. The role emphasizes culture alignment, operational excellence, and scalable growth across locations, with relocation support for those moving to Utah or Idaho.
Required Qualifications
- Veterinary or pet healthcare industry experience
- Multi-site operational leadership experience
- Experience supporting or launching de novo locations
- Strong P&L ownership
- Coaching and developing leaders
- Collaborative leadership style with communication and accountability
