Job Summary
Regional Director of Operations for a privately owned veterinary group in the Las Vegas area, overseeing a portfolio of hospitals, leading regional strategy and growth, and driving financial success. In this role you’ll manage multi-hospital teams and practice managers, build scalable systems, optimize vendor partnerships and facilities, and spearhead the launch of de novo hospitals while partnering with ownership in a founder-led organization focused on high-quality medicine, strong culture, and long-term growth.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years leading multi-site operations management in veterinary, healthcare, dental or similar service operations
- strong experience in operations, HR, finance, marketing, and facilities
