Job Summary
Partner with Practice Managers and local leaders to improve operational performance, team engagement, and patient experience across a portfolio of outpatient therapy practices. Support execution of each practice's Value Creation Plan, covering growth, staffing, scheduling, productivity, profitability, and patient retention priorities. Build trust through consistent communication, transparency, and problem-solving while coaching clinic leaders to foster accountability and psychological safety. Use data and financial insight to identify high-impact initiatives and strengthen front desk operations for efficient provider workflows. Travel regularly to assigned practices to understand local dynamics and drive execution. This role balances business discipline with emotional intelligence within a partnership-oriented model that respects the unique identity of each local practice.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of healthcare operations leadership experience
- Multi-site leadership experience
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- Proven ability to build trust, coach leaders, and align teams around shared goals
- Strong communication, judgment, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
- Experience improving workflows, scheduling, staffing, patient retention, and front desk operations
- Comfort working in a growing, evolving organization
- Ability and willingness to travel to practices as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Physical Therapist credential
- Occupational Therapist and Speech-Language Pathologist candidates with strong operations leadership experience
- Clinical licensure or healthcare management certification
