Job Summary
Regional Director of Operations in New England responsible for driving franchisee performance and revenue growth, ensuring brand standards and operational consistency, collaborating with owners to set goals, leading planning processes, assessing franchisee strengths and opportunities, overseeing OSR/Audit processes, and delivering tailored support for single-unit and multi-unit operators. Requires 3 years of coaching franchise owners, 7+ years in multi-unit/franchise operations, strong leadership and relationship management, ability to travel extensively (up to 75%), and a Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Required Qualifications
- 3 years in a field role directly coaching/supporting Franchise Owners
- 7+ years of progressive experience in multi-unit business operations or franchise operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% locally and nationwide to support franchisees, attend regional and national meetings, and represent the brand at industry events
