Job Summary
Regional Director of Operations to support Shake Shack's Midwest markets. Leads and develops Area Directors and General Managers, drives profitability and operational performance, ensures SOP compliance, collaborates with Home Office, and manages start-up and maintenance budgets. Responsible for strategic and operational planning, talent development, roundtable or conference coordination, and cross-functional alignment with marketing and recruiting to drive guest traffic and growth. Requires travel across markets and a proven track record in multi-unit restaurant management; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Minimum 6 years of multi-unit restaurant management
- Hands-on experience developing training programs and assessing skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Experience managing budgets and ensuring SOP/compliance
