Job Summary
Regional Director of Operations for a multi-site childcare/daycare organization in Philadelphia. Oversees day-to-day operations across multiple centers, manages site administrators and regional leadership, drives consistency, accountability, and operational standards, and conducts regular on-site visits to ensure staffing, performance, and execution. Serves as escalation point for operational and staffing challenges, ensures compliance with state regulations and internal standards, identifies inefficiencies and implements operational improvements, and supports hiring, training, and development of on-site leadership. Ideal candidate has healthcare/childcare or regulated service experience, multi-site operations leadership, and proven capability to lead from the front with travel between locations.
