Job Summary
Regional Director of Operations for Le Pain Quotidien (LPQ) within the designated region, reporting to the SVP of Operations. Oversees the operational performance of multiple LPQ locations, develops and executes operational strategies aligned with the brand vision, provides leadership to General Managers and District Managers, ensures service quality and adherence to brand standards, collaborates with finance, marketing, and supply chain to meet profitability targets, leads training programs, supports talent development, and drives guest experience and safety across the region.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior operations role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Demonstrated success in multi-unit management
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to operational challenges
