Job Summary
Lead a portfolio of Senior Living communities in the Houston market as Regional Director of Operations; oversee day-to-day operations across Independent Living communities, manage Executive Directors, drive occupancy, revenue, and NOI, ensure licensure compliance, and cultivate a resident-focused culture while spending substantial on-site time across communities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years as an Executive Director in senior living (required)
- 2-5 years in a regional management role in senior living, nursing, or related healthcare field (preferred)
- Experience overseeing Independent Living communities (strong plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong financial acumen – ability to read P&L, manage budgets, and develop strategic operating plans
- Proven track record of improving safety, care quality, resident satisfaction, and team engagement across multiple communities
- Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, ability to travel extensively throughout Houston market
