Job Summary
Regional Director of Operations for Pegasus Senior Living overseeing a portfolio of Independent Living communities in the Houston area. Lead a team of Executive Directors, drive occupancy, revenue, and NOI performance, conduct monthly financial reviews and strategic planning, ensure licensure compliance, and maintain resident-focused care quality across communities. The role involves on-site management across communities (approximately 4 days per week) and extensive travel within the Houston market, with a strong emphasis on resident satisfaction, staff development, and stakeholder relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years as an Executive Director in senior living
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver’s license
- ability to travel extensively throughout the Houston market
