Regional Director of Operations (Healthcare)

Job Summary
Oversee all assigned facilities by ensuring leadership in operations, finances, human resources, and client relationships while providing direct supervision to Food Service Directors. Establish internal Quality Assurance processes, conduct audits on food production, sanitation, and safety, and review weekly financial results to improve operational performance. Cultivate client partnerships through contract renegotiations and proposal development, while managing new business transitions and maintaining strict adherence to company policies and federal regulations. Communicate effectively with directors and employees to drive training, performance accountability, and goal achievement across the region.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience coordinating food service operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead and guide teams
- Strong initiative
- Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
- Skill in the use of operating basic office equipment
- Ability to travel frequently
