Job Summary
Oversee all assigned facilities, ensuring leadership in operations, finances, human resources, and client relationships while supervising Food Service Directors. Establish internal Quality Assurance processes, conduct audits on food production, sanitation, and HR compliance, and review weekly financial results to adjust operational performance. Manage unit budgets, develop financial plans for sales and inventory, and renegotiate contract terms or pricing with clients. Cultivate business partnerships by understanding client needs, participate in facility committees and special events, and hold directors accountable for behavior and performance. Conduct training needs assessments for directors and staff, arrange development sessions on cost production and customer service, and ensure all company policies and safety practices are adhered to daily.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience coordinating food service operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead and guide teams
- Strong initiative
- Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
- Skill in the use of operating basic office equipment
- Ability to travel frequently
