Job Summary
Oversee all assigned facilities in Eastern Tennessee, ensuring leadership in operations, finances, human resources, and client relationships while supervising Food Service Directors. Establish and maintain internal Quality Assurance processes, including inspections and annual satisfaction surveys, and actively participate in facility committees and special events. Plan operational budgets, review financial results weekly, and develop financial plans covering sales, menu, production, and inventory to achieve budget targets. Conduct audits evaluating food production, sanitation, safety, payroll, and HR compliance, while holding directors and employees accountable for performance. Provide direct supervision, arrange training for directors and staff, and support new business bids, contract negotiations, and program development.
Required Qualifications
- Must live in Eastern Tennessee
- Must have previous Healthcare experience
- High School diploma
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience coordinating food service operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead and guide teams
- Strong initiative
- Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
- Skill in the use of operating basic office equipment
- Ability to travel frequently

- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
