Regional Director of Operations (Healthcare)

Oversee all assigned facilities by ensuring leadership in operations, finances, human resources, and client relationships while providing direct supervision to Food Service Directors. Actively support company policies to deliver high-quality service at the lowest possible cost, working with dietitians to meet federal and state requirements. Establish internal Quality Assurance processes, including inspections and client satisfaction surveys, and conduct audits covering food production, sanitation, payroll, and HR compliance. Plan and develop unit operational budgets, review financial results weekly, and educate directors on P&L processes. Manage new business bids, renegotiate contracts, and conduct training needs assessments for directors and employees. Hold teams accountable for performance and ensure all safety and accounting practices are adhered to daily.
