Job Summary
Oversee assigned facilities by ensuring adherence to company policies, federal and state requirements, and safety standards while managing operational budgets, financial results, and human resources compliance. Establish internal quality assurance processes, conduct audits on production and sanitation, and hold Food Service Directors accountable for performance. Develop operational plans, review weekly financial data, and lead new business bids, contract renegotiations, and proposal presentations. Provide direct supervision to facility leaders through goal setting, training needs assessments, and corrective action guidance. Travel frequently to support unit operations and maintain client partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience coordinating food service operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead and guide teams
- Strong initiative
- Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
- Skill in the use of operating basic office equipment
- Ability to travel frequently
