Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of dietary professionals across multiple healthcare facilities, developing and implementing operational strategies to improve food service quality, patient satisfaction, and cost control. Oversee menus, nutrition plans, and compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards; conduct facility visits; analyze data to identify trends and inform business decisions; build and maintain relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders; manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare dietary management, with a strong background in operations, leadership, and regulatory compliance
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, dietary standards, and patient care principles
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel regularly to visit facilities and attend meetings
