Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of healthcare dietary services, including menu planning, food preparation, and service; develop strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and efficiency; collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure compliance with dietary requirements and regulations; build and maintain relationships with colleagues, patients, and stakeholders; conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and staff development; analyze and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare dietary services or related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
