Job Summary
Direct regional operations for franchisees in Gulf Shores, driving operational excellence and business success. Lead collaboration with franchisees to set revenue and profitability goals, establish and enforce brand standards, and optimize performance through best practices. Responsible for driving year-over-year same-store sales growth, defining compliance standards, overseeing annual franchisee planning and OSR/Audit processes, and tailoring support for single-unit and multi-unit operators. Requires strong relationship management, strategic planning, and the ability to travel up to 75% to support franchisees and participate in industry events.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in Field Operations or Franchise Business Coach role directly coaching/supporting Franchise Owners
- 7+ years of progressive experience in multi-unit business operations or franchise operations
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% locally and nationwide to support franchisees, attend regional and national meetings, and represent the brand at industry events
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
