Job Summary
Regional Director of Operations for Connecticut/Upstate New York responsible for guiding franchisees toward operational excellence and revenue growth. Key duties include driving year-over-year same-store sales growth while optimizing costs, defining compliance standards and performance metrics, leading an annual franchisee planning process to set revenue and profitability goals, assessing franchisee strengths and opportunities, overseeing OSR/Audit processes, and delivering differentiated support to single-unit and multi-unit operators and new locations. The role requires strong business acumen, relationship management, and the ability to influence stakeholders, plus travel up to 75% for regional and national meetings. Qualifications include 3 years coaching franchise owners, 7+ years in multi-unit/franchise operations, a bachelor's degree (preferred) with equivalent experience considered, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years in a field role directly coaching/supporting Franchise Owners
- 7+ years of progressive experience in multi-unit business operations or franchise operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- willingness to travel up to 75% locally and nationwide to support franchisees and attend meetings
