Job Summary
Set strategy and direction for the Southern Florida region, managing operations, sales, and relationship management for assigned hotel accounts. Develop business plans to drive diversification, lead generation, and prospecting with senior executives and customer sponsors. Coordinate hiring quality, oversee cleanliness audits, and implement training for staff while maintaining strong partnerships with HSS product lines. Manage region budget, profit and loss, and annual performance reviews. Travel 75% or more to support client needs and additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Marketing, business administration, economics, or finance
- 5+ years of business related management for national programs and large accounts
- Preferably in a service industry company
- A proven and profitable track record in management and/or sales management or customer service management in a related field or industry
- Ability to determine, consult and implement sales and operational delivery efforts
- Ability to guide, direct and motivate others
- Demonstrated sound business judgement
- Business presentation skills
- Previous experience servicing, supporting, developing or generating major accounts
- Work weekends and holidays
- Able to travel 75% or more
