Regional Director of Operations

Develop and execute the business plan and strategies enabling long-term profitable growth within the assigned geography while managing resources and expenses. Lead Treatment Center Directors in overseeing diverse teams of nurses, counselors, and auxiliary staff to understand patient needs and maintain daily clinic operations. Provide strategic direction, align business objectives with organizational goals, and establish yearly targets while tracking success metrics. Oversee the book of business, identify market opportunities, and assume fiscal responsibility through budgetary planning. Partner with national support staff to drive growth and deliver quality care, while attracting and developing talent through coaching and constructive feedback. Incorporate continuous quality improvement principles into daily activities focusing on process improvements, patient safety, and premier satisfaction. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, licensure, and accreditation standards. Develop regional policies, procedures, and directives to ensure effective delivery of patient care while fostering a culture of accountability and team collaboration.
