Oversee the successful and profitable operation of multiple hotels within a designated region, driving revenue growth and ensuring operational excellence across all assigned properties. Maximize guest satisfaction through a strategic, hands-on approach while maintaining a people-first culture where relationships precede business. Manage team development and implement proven systems to foster an environment of genuine connection and ownership that results in exceptional outcomes. Must relocate to South Georgia or Middle East Alabama. Requires Hilton experience with IHG experience as a plus.
