Job Summary
The Regional Director of Operations will oversee and optimize operations for multiple physical therapy clinics, ensuring high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, operational oversight, financial management, team management, quality assurance, compliance, business development, and performance metrics tracking. Successful candidates will have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, at least 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations and management in the physical therapy field
- Proven track record in achieving financial and operational goals
- Willingness to travel within the region as required

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Growth mindset as it relates to EBITDA / Net Revenue / Patient Growth & Retention / Referral Sources
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
