Job Summary
Partner directly with the Chief Human Resources Officer to support a growing portfolio of Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. Travel 50–75% of the time multi-state to partner with Executive Directors, HR Directors, and department leaders, providing hands-on HR support. Focus on coaching leaders, conducting employee relations investigations, solving complex HR issues, building HR processes, and training managers while working directly with executive leadership. This newly created role requires 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in senior living, with strong employment law knowledge particularly in California.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive HR experience
- 3–5 years in senior living, assisted living, memory care, healthcare, or hospitality
- Strong employment law knowledge particularly in California
- Experience with employee relations and investigations
Desired Qualifications
- Multi-site HR experience preferred
- Paylocity experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus
