Job Summary
Develop HR strategies to meet the organization's growing needs while directly monitoring and improving the team member experience across recruiting, onboarding, training, and career development. Maintain and enhance total rewards programs, manage performance review processes, and design compensation packages aligned with overall KPIs. Run weekly check-ins with Clinic Leadership to address local issues and proactively connect on new policies. Implement employee feedback programs and ensure all HR functions comply with legal requirements and government reporting regulations. Manage employment separation processes to ensure professional and compliant exits for team members. This role supports a geographic location including Pittsburgh, Maryland, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Northern Virginia, requiring candidates to reside in Maryland/DC or Pittsburgh Metro areas with occasional clinic visits.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, or a related field
- Candidates must reside in Maryland/DC Metro or Pittsburgh Metro areas
- Role will require occasional clinic visits within this region
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and other data collection programs specific to our industry
- Excellent written communication skills for professional emails and various reporting methods

Desired Qualifications
