Job Summary
Regional Director of Education to lead school improvement across Wiltshire academies within the Wiltshire-based Trust, working closely with the Deputy CEO and Headteachers to raise standards, secure sustained improvement, and translate vision into impact. Responsibilities include leading and shaping professional learning (CPL), using data to drive priorities, providing high support and high challenge to leaders, ensuring evidence-informed practice, and strengthening collaboration across the Trust while modelling the Christian ethos of the Trust. Travel between schools and to the office will be required to support improvement initiatives and ensure consistent leadership across settings.
