Job Summary
Analyze divisional P&L to drive strategic decisions, champion merchandising strategies, and oversee departmental budgets while ensuring adherence to brand and regulatory compliance. Direct team recruitment, training, and mentoring; manage workloads, conduct performance reviews, and enforce discipline. Coordinate schedules for reporting managers, monitor franchisee operations, and drive sales growth to outperform targets. Regularly inspect store operations, build partnerships with franchisees, and assess business procedures to ensure safe, conducive work environments. Travel frequently within the assigned region to observe operations and interact with staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- At least 8 years of diversified experience in a related role
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- Comprehensive understanding of business and finance concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient managerial and diplomacy capabilities
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Frequent travel within the assigned region
- Occasional national trips
