Job Summary
Regional Director of Culinary Experience leading dining programs across multiple senior living communities with a focus on exceptional resident dining experiences, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Drives hospitality-focused service, menus aligned to resident needs, and health-and-safety standards while coaching multi-site culinary teams, partnering with executive leadership, managing budgets, and coordinating with procurement to optimize supply and vendor relationships. Requires extensive travel across the US and strong leadership, budgeting, and regulatory knowledge to elevate food quality and resident satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Culinary arts, Food Science, or Hospitality OR alternately with an Active CEC (ACF) Certification
- CDM (ANFP) or equivalent preferred
- ServSafe Certification required
- Minimum 7 years of dining/culinary leadership experience, preferably in senior living or healthcare
- Regional Chef experience required
- Willingness to travel 80% throughout the US
