Regional Director of Clinical Services (RN)

Assess, plan, evaluate, and recommend clinical initiatives to improve patient care outcomes across the region while ensuring compliance with all MFA clinical programs. Assist center management with developing action plans following audits, monitor follow-up activities, and support clinical training for department staff. Prepare reports related to center visits and collaborate on implementing clinical policies and procedures governing nursing services. Support administrative teams with survey management and the development of plans of correction. Requires active Virginia RN licensure, five years in nursing administration, and ability to travel regularly.
