Job Summary
Regional Director of Clinical Services overseeing multiple assisted living facilities in the Raleigh region. Lead the Clinical Services department ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations, standards of care, and operational policies across facilities. Requires an active RN license, a bachelor's degree (or equivalent with extensive experience), and at least 5 years of nursing administration leadership. Must travel between facilities; strong leadership, independent judgment, and operational oversight are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in assisted living facilities
- Current, active Registered Nurse license in state of assignment/employment
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing service administration (leadership)
- Must be able to travel between facilities
