Job Summary
Regional Director of Clinical Services oversees the Clinical Services department across facilities in the Winston-Salem region, ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations, standards of care, and operational policies while providing leadership in nursing service administration. The role requires active RN licensure in the state of assignment, a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education/experience), and at least five years of nursing leadership experience, with travel between facilities to supervise multiple sites.
Required Qualifications
- Must have 2+ years of experience in assisted living facilities.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of assignment/employment.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree from a (4) four-year college or university or four (4) to five (5) years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have proven leadership ability with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in nursing service administration.
- Must be able to travel between facilities.
