Job Summary
Regional Director of Clinical Operations & Compliance oversees multi-site housing entities in Assisted Living, ensuring regulatory readiness, clinical excellence, and governance across audits, mock surveys, and quality-improvement initiatives. Leads policy development, staff training, and supervision of Clinical Nurse Supervisors, with the ability to serve as interim LALD or Clinical Nurse Supervisor during vacancies. Requires travel between regional housing communities, strong knowledge of housing regulations and clinical compliance, and exceptional communication and leadership skills to align clinical services with housing operations and payer requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) and active RN License
- 3–5 years of experience in senior services, assisted living, compliance, or healthcare leadership
Desired Qualifications
- Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD)
- Healthcare Administration or related field
- Quality improvement or compliance certification (e.g., CHC, QAPI, CALA)
- Experience supervising or supporting multiple sites or teams
- Strong regulatory/compliance leadership skills
- Experience in senior living, long-term care, or housing management
