Job Summary
Regional Director of Business Development in FL drives market development and referral growth across acute and post-acute healthcare providers within the Pinellas/Pasco region. Lead outreach to hospitals, post-acute facilities, and community partners; expand service line awareness; promote brand and growth culture; meet census goals; manage CRM-driven outreach; coordinate territory-specific marketing and events; travel daily across assigned region; collaborate with Executive Director and care teams to optimize referrals and provider relationships. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2–4 years healthcare business development/sales/provider relations experience, strong knowledge of acute/post-acute ecosystems, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, organization, CRM proficiency, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 2 – 4 years of healthcare business development, sales, or provider relations experience
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare continuum including acute, post-acute, LTAC, IPR, and AL
- Demonstrated ability to develop productive relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources
- Proven success in meeting growth and referral targets
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to connect with diverse stakeholders
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities across a large region
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned region
