Job Summary
Regional Director of Business Development oversees admissions and marketing strategy across Nobis-managed hospitals, collaborates with the Chief Marketing Officer and VP of Operations to grow census, leads hospital marketing teams and Clinical Liaisons, partners with hospital CEOs and Directors of Business Development to analyze volume, payor mix, and growth opportunities, develops data-driven campaigns to increase volume, supports pre-admissions and referral management, and leads annual forecasting including market evolution and competitive analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years integrated marketing/communications/strategy experience with a healthcare system
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, public administration or related field required
- Master’s Degree in related field preferred, but not required
