Job Summary
Lead admissions strategy and team development across multiple campuses; oversee enrollment processes, coach Directors and Representatives, ensure compliance and performance targets, coordinate with Corporate Director of Admissions to drive student recruitment growth and profitability, and manage reporting/documentation using Nexus, Signix, and Velocify. Requires proven ability to meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and experience in campus-level recruitment and training.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have previous experience as a Director of Admissions and multi-unit management
- Previous Management experience required
